US, Azerbaijan discuss prospects of military relations

Prospects of military relations were discussed between the U.S. and Azerbaijan.

As the Defense Ministry told Trend on Tuesday, the Defense Minister, Colonel General Safar Abiyev has today received the U.S. Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza.

The meeting discussed prospects of military relations between the U.S. and Azerbaijan, as well as the military and political situation in the region. The sides exchanged views on a number of issues.
