Azerbaijani parliament opens autumn session

The Azerbaijani parliament launched the autumn session today, which began with the Azerbaijani hymn.

The Parliamentary Speaker Ogtay Asadov said that the autumn session will be important in terms of the parliament's international relations.

Some 27 questions were included in the agenda of the first meeting of the autumn session.

The autumn session of Parliament during the first reading is supposed to consider several draft laws: on military posts and service, on municipality reports, on city planning and building codes, on educational loans , on higher education , on patients' rights, on culture, and on the art of Mugam. "

At the second reading, the session will discuss a bill on agricultural cooperation; at the third the completion of a draft code and a bill ensuring the rights of persons held in detention.
