Delegation led by Governor of Astrakhan region visits Alley of Honors and Alley of Martyrs in Baku

Today, a delegation led by Governor of Russia`s Astrakhan Region Aleksandr Zhilkin visited the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of the National Leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev. Members of Russian delegation put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva. The guests visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity. They also laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
