Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh: Armenian President's statement in Dushanbe shows Armenians' essence

The Armenian President's statement shows that this country does not intend to follow international law, the public association "Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno-Karabakh" board member, MP Elman Mammadov told the official website of the ruling New Azerbaijan party.

Mammadov said that, despite the ongoing peace talks, there is no progress because of Armenia's destructive position. He said that the international organizations, especially the OSCE Minsk Group treat the occupying country very gently.

"It inspires Armenia," he said. "It tries to delay the conflict settlement. Sargsyan's last statement confirms this. But he knows that his occupying army will fail to stay in Azerbaijan's occupied territories without the foreign support. The day will come when Armenia will have no support. Azerbaijan will suffer a certain period. If negotiations are unsuccessful, we will liberate our lands from invaders in any way."
