Azerbaijani President expresses condolences to Ukrainian counterpart

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev expressed his condolences to Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.

"I have deeply saddened by the news of numerous human casualties in an explosion at a coal mine Suxodolskaya-Vostocnaya in the Luhansk region. I express my sincere condolences to you and relatives of the victims. I wish a speedy recovery to the victims," a condolence message reads.
