Azeri chief electoral officer to visit Latvia

Chairman of Azerbaijan`s Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov will be visiting Riga, Latvia from July 21 to 25 at the invitation of Latvian counterpart Arnis Cimdars. The aim of the visit is to observe referendum to be held on July 23 in the country.

During the visit, Panahov is scheduled to meet with Latvian counterpart and other officials.
They will discuss relations between the two countries` election bodies and a number of other issues of mutual interest.
