Astrakhan to host jubilee ceremony dedicated to Heydar Aliyev

On May 10, Azerbaijani National Leader Heydar Aliyev's 88th anniversary will be marked with a jubilee ceremony in the famous Astrakhan Park where his monument has been erected.

The event will bring together governmental bodies of Astrakhan, representatives of Azerbaijani and other Diasporas, Azeri students and public figures.
