EURONEST, the newly-established parliament structure, can help in establishing dialogue between the parties to Nagorno Karabakh conflict, said President of the European Parliament Jerzy Buzek.

"Nagorno Karabakh is a painful problem. You, the parliamentarians of the two countries, will decide how and in what directions your countries will cooperate. Our relations with Azerbaijan and Armenia are partnership relations and we want to help you in the settlement of this conflict. We want to bring you together, establish dialogue and help solve the conflict. I think other parliamentarians also want this," he said.
