Washington to host "Impacts of Arab World on Central Asia and Caucasus" conference

The School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Washington  will host a conference on "The Impacts of the Arab World on Central Asia and the Caucasus" on Feb.11, the Washington Daybook agency said.

The event will be attended by Anthony Bowyer, program manager for the Caucasus and Central Asia at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems, John Herbst, director of the Center for Complex Operations at the National Defense University and former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine, Halil Karaveli, senior fellow at CACI's Silk Road Studies Program Joint Center and managing editor of Turkey Analyst; and Ross Wilson, director of the Dinu Patriciu Eurasia Center at the Atlantic Council and former U.S. ambassador to Turkey and Azerbaijan,
