A trilateral meeting of the Azerbaijani, Iranian and Turkish foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov, Ali Akbar Salehi and Ahmet Davutoglu will be held in the Iranian city of Urmia next Saturday, Mehr agency reported.
They will discuss boosting economic and trade cooperation between the three countries.
Azerbaijani diplomatic sources confirmed this information.
The three countries’ foreign ministers have already held a trilateral meeting in Istanbul in December last year. It was decided at the meeting, held within the Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), to hold such meetings constantly in order to discuss regional issues.
It was also decided to hold the next trilateral meeting in Iran.
