Azerbaijani FM discusses prospects for bilateral cooperation in Mexico - PHOTOS

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation with Mexico with this country’s officials.

Elmar Mammadyarov met with members of the Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group and the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of Chamber of Deputies of the Mexican Congress Porfirio Muñoz Ledo during the second day of his first official visit, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said.

At a meeting with Mammadyarov MPs highlighted the importance of cooperation between the two countries in education, culture, economy and stressed the need for intensification of inter-parliamentary group’s activity in this direction.

Mammadyarov informed the meeting participants about the priorities of the foreign policy pursued by the country, also spoke about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and on ways to resolve it.

Mammadyarov also attended a roundtable on bilateral relations.
