Azerbaijani foreign minister leaves for Turkey

The 4th Regional Economic Cooperation Conference on Afghanistan (RECCA IV) will be held in Istanbul tomorrow. Foreign Ministry’s press service said Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov had left for Turkey to attend the conference. Elmar Mammadyarov will make a speech on the theme at the conference.
