Azerbaijan appeals to ICRC to return Azerbaijani soldier's body

In a letter to the ICRC, Committee Chairman Mubariz Ibrahimov appealed with a request for mediation to return a dead soldier, the State Commission told Trend.

June 18 as a result of provocation of Armenian armed forces, 4 Armenian military men were killed and four got wounded. From the Azerbaijani side national army soldier Ibrahimov Mubariz got shot. His body was left on the neutral territory.

Spokesman for ICRC Ilaha Huseynova told Trend that they received such a letter from the Commission. The letter was given to governing bodies of the country through the Committee in Armenia. Huseynova added, that the agreement has not been reached on this issue yet
