Azerbaijani central election commission spesifies voters' lists

Azerbaijani central election commission has set down to specify voters' lists.
"There is necessity in specifying  voters' lists after law on unification of municipalities was adopted," chairman of Central Election Commission Mazahir Panahov told reporters on July 8.

This process will be completed soon, he said.

Roughly 993 of 2,757 municipalities were canceled by Azerbaijani parliament recently.

Municipal elections will be held in Azerbaijan in late 2009.
