20-percent principle on status, delimitation of Caspian Sea is not debated at all: Azerbaijani deputy FM

Preparations are underway to hold conference of the Caspian littoral states in Baku.

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov said.  

He said date of the summit will be scheduled as soon as consultations between the five Caspian littoral states completes.

Khalafov said 20-percent principle on status and delimitation of Caspian Sea was not discussed during the bilateral and multilateral talks.
