MP: Proposals on law on political parties must be aimed at their public strengthening

"The issue of political parties' activeness is important today", said Asim Mollazade, member of Azerbaijani parliament and chairman of the Democratic Reforms Party, commenting on the state of Siyavush Novruzov about annulling registration of inactive parties in Azerbaijan.

"All those proposals on amendments and alterations that might be introduced to the law "On political parties" of Azerbaijan must be primarily aimed at strengthening the political parties among the population and raising their activeness", said the deputy.

"Another important issue is financing of political parties and then I think all the rest issues related to parties should be discussed", concluded he.
