Azerbaijan's former health minister and Milli Medjlis deputy start hunger strike

Azadlyg newspaper reporter Mirza Sakit and Azerbaijan's former minister of health Ali Insanov joined the hunger strike initiated by Eynulla Fatullayev, editor-in-chief of Gundelik Azerbaijan newspaper.
The due announcement was made by Rauf Arifoghlu, editor-in-chief of Yeni Musavat newspaper.

He said Azerbaijani Parliamentarian Panah Huseyn, deputy chairman of Liberal Party Evez Temirhan, deputy chairman of Popular Front Party Fuad Mustafayev also joined the hunger strike, initiated by E.Fatullayev.

"Zamin Haji felt bad yesterday and we asked him to stop hunger strike. Zahid Safaroghlu, editor of Yeni Musavat newspaper, also suspended hunger strike", Arifoghlu noted.

The editor-in-chief said that they receive appeals regarding the hunger strike.

It should be noted that Eynulla Fatullayev, imprisoned editor-in-chief of Gundelik Azerbaijan newspaper, went on hunger strike on March 26, demanding to release the three imprisoned reporters.
