Azerbaijan's State Commission for Hostages has appealed to the Baku office of the International Committee of the Red Cross regarding Yagub Mukhtarov.

The due announcement was made by officials of the Yerevan office of the organization, as reported by the work group of the Armenian commission for the issues of hostages, missing people and war prisoners Armen Kapriyelyan.

It should be reminded that Azerbaijan soldier Yaqub Mukhtarov has recently been captured by Armenians.

Kapriyelyan said currently definite works are held by due state bodies, which are aimed at definition of the real causes of his capturing.

"As for his deportation, in case Armenian authorities pass the due resolution, our work group will arrange the deportation in line with the regulations and adopted practice", Armen Kapriyelyan said.
