Court hearing on imprisoned reporter Ganimat Zahid's case put off

The due information has been provided by a source from the court, Day.Az reports.

As is reported, the court hearing has been put off due to witnesses' failure to participate.

The process has been put off to February 5 (10:30 a.m.)

It should be reminded that a preventive measure in a form of a two-month arrest was applied to G.Zahid by decision of the Yasamal district court.

The Baku Appellate Court upheld the decision.

G.Zahid is charged under articles 221 (hooliganism) and 127 (deliberate causing of harm to human health) of the Criminal Code.
