Azerbaijani former health minister's appeal postponed

The due information has been provided by the panel of judges of the Supreme Court.

The postponing of the process is caused by the problems with judge Vidadi Hashimov's health.

The process has been postponed for January 15, 2008.

It should be reminded that A.Insanov was sentenced to 11 years imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The Baku Court of Appeal retained the decision. The ex-minister is kept in correctional facility No 13.
