Appeal filed against court decision on ex-health minister

Appeals Court received an appeal against the court decision on ex-health minister Ali Insanov.

As the appeal has just been received, it is not considered yet.

Ali Insanov, accused of misappropriation, exceeding power, bribery and abuse of power was sentenced to 11 years in jail (with confiscating his property). Ten more officers of Health Ministry were sentenced. APA
