Other accused give testimony in Ali Insanov's trial

Today trial on case of former Health Minister Ali Insanov and ten more defendants accused of embezzlement, abuse of power and bribery continued in the second part of the day at Court of Grave Crimes.

The sitting is presided over by Judge Faig Gasimov, APA reports.

Accused Fakhraddin Abbasov admitted his involvement in the privatization of some establishments. Parviz Abbasov also confessed his involvement in privatization of some establishments and gave bribes. According to his testimony, the building in the territory of Health Ministry National Scientific-Research Medical Prophylactics Institute, was shared among Vekil Abbasov, Nazim Ibrahimov and others.

Insanov's nephew Anar Namazov, Vakil Abbasov and the chief of international affairs department Professor Aleksandr Umnyashkin testified too.

Vakil Abbasov confirmed his testimony to the investigation and said he gave money to Ali Insanov three times.

He also said that he had made documents on privatization of some institutions. Vakil Abbasov in his testimony said that his wife had share in privatization of some medical establishments as well as "Vital medical Center" with Ali Insanov’s daughter-in-law Elnara Mammadova.
