Peter Semneby says quick solution of South Caucasus conflicts is to Russia's interests

"Fruitful cooperation is possible only in countries in peace and stability. From this view point quick solution of the conflicts in the South Caucasus is to Russia's interests", EU special representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby told.

He stated that Russia should be interested in having stable countries in neighborhood.

It is possible to establish strong relations and to develop political and economic relations only in such countries, he underscored, APA reports.
