Joseph Shagal: "Cultural Center and Economic-Trade Chamber should be established in Israel previously"

He has stated that he has been busy with journalism for 19 years in Baku, and is still continuing his profession in Israel. He was successful in March parliamentary elections: "My aim, being busy in politics, is to solve problems of 1200000 Russian language population, 100 thousand of which is from Azerbaijan."

Saying at present only Azerbaijan Airways representation operates in Israel, he noted that Cultural Center and Economic-Trade Chamber should be established in Israeli before Embassy opens.
