Elmar Mammadyarov, William Burns have phone talk

 Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and US Deputy Secretary of State William Burns have had a phone conversation.

During the talk, Mammadyarov said the United States` position was unclear for Azerbaijan.
According to spokesman for Azerbaijan`s Foreign Ministry Elman Abdullayev, the Minister noted it is Azerbaijani people who were subjected to ethnic cleansing.

He underlined that during the conversation Mammadyarov noted the case of Ramil Safarov was a result of occupation of Azerbaijani lands by Armenia.
