Azerbaijan to monitors Kazakh elections

Members of Azerbaijan`s Central Election Commission will monitor 15 January early parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan. The Azerbaijani monitors will be part of an observation mission of the CIS Parliamentary Assembly and Turkish-Speaking countries` Parliamentary Assembly.
