Baku waits for PACE co-rapporteurs

Co-rapporteurs of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Joseph Debono Grech and Pedro Agramunt will visit Azerbaijan in late January-early February.

“We are planning to arrive in Azerbaijan on January 30 or February 1, but the exact date has not specified yet, I have to coordinate the date of the visit with my colleague. The visit program is being prepared”, Joseph Debono Grech said.

Last time the PACE co-rapporteurs visited Azerbaijan on February last year. They met with Azerbaijani President, Speaker of the Parliament, Justice Minister, National Security Minister, CEC Chairman, Ombudsperson and representatives of the political parties.
