Politics Azerbaijani PM meets Montenegrin former President

Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Artur Rasizade yesterday met visiting former Montenegrin President and Premier, Chairman of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro Milo Dukanovic. Rasizade stressed the importance of reciprocal visits for development of bilateral relations between the two countries.

He briefed the former Montenegrin President on Azerbaijan`s economic development.
The Premier said Azerbaijan attaches special importance to development of the non-oil sector in recent years. Artur Rasizade informed Milo Dukanovic on the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, adding resolution of the problem must be based on Azerbaijan`s territorial integrity and norms of international law.

Former Montenegrin President and Premier, Chairman of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro Milo Dukanovic recalled his last trip to Azerbaijan. Milo Dukanovic said Azerbaijan was a friendly country for Montenegro. They also discussed prospects for cooperation between Azerbaijan and Montenegro.
