Party of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transsexuals to participate in parliamentary elections in Philippines

The Supreme Court of Philippines issued a decree permitting the Party of Gays to participate in the parliamentary elections.
According to “The Austrian” newspaper, the Court explained this decision with the fact that homosexuality wasn’t recognized as crime. The Court considers that the representatives of sexual minorities should also have the right to be elected.

The full name of the party that will participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections is: The Party of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transsexuals.
