All disagreements with Barmek to be notified by the Inspection Commission

All entities and persons may come to Economic Development Ministry till June, 17 in order to complain about JSC Bakielectricshebeke compliance with standards in management of energy transmission assets, operational reliability and technical safety, 24 hour activity of energy transmission assets, arrival of personnel at place in an emergency, reliability in energy provision, technical safety, and quality, as well as submission of technical conditions and junction to energy network.

According to APA, issues relating to paying debts back to creditors may also be complained about JSC Bakielectricshebeke.

The Inspection Commission including representatives of Economic Development, Taxes, Justice, Industry and Energetics, Finance, Labor and Social Protection, Ecology and Natural Resources ministries, State Committee for Public Property Management, Azerenergy and State Social Protection Fund was established upon the command of Economic Development Minister dated May 25, 2006 to examine Barmek Holding compliance with contract with Economic Development Ministry on the management of Bakielectricshebeke.
