TurkPA becomes guest of honor at OSCE PA

The Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-Speaking Countries (TurkPA) has become a guest of honor at the OSCE PA autumn session in Palermo, Italy. Presence at the OSCE PA will allow TurkPA to attend the Assembly's events.
