“Nagorno-Karabakh conflict lacks military way of resolution,” OSCE Minsk Group U.S. Co-Chair Matthew Bryza said.
“We have consistently said that the conflict does not have military way of resolution and resolution must be based on three principles which includes non-use of force, self-determination and territorial integrity,” Bryza said at a news conference.
He said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev also supports peaceful resolution which is a positive factor.
French Co-Chair Bernard Fassier said the mediators have asked Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents to prepare the population for peace for many years.
