The Karabakh Foundation is planning to publish a book on cooking in Nagorno- Karabakh in the US in the nearest future, the Foundation said.
The new cookbook The Cuisine of Karabakh is right now being edited. It will feature the recipes of the mountain raspberry and blackberry jam, tomato and herb salad-Shusha style; rice pilaf with fresh herb and lamb topping, garlicky yogurt sauce, lamb and thyme marinated veal kabobs, Ganja style baklava, yogurt and mint sorbet drink and many other dishes.
