Azerbaijan takes 1 gold, 1 silver at European Senior Canoe Championship

The Azerbaijan national canoe team scooped one gold and one silver medal in the European U-23 Championship in Croatian capital Zagreb.

Azerbaijani canoeist Andrey Kraytor has become a European champion in the canoe single 200-meter event. Kraytor came second in the 500-meter final.
