Azerbaijani gymnasts win in Spain

The Grand Prix competition in rhythmic gymnastics with the participation of Azerbaijani athletes Alia Garaeva and Anna Gurbanova wrapped up in Spain. On the last day of the competition, Garayeva performed a ribbon routine, and scored 27.550 points, taking the 3rd place. Russians Eugenia Kanayeva (29.550) and Daria Kondakova (28.225) took the first two places.

In the finals, performing with a rope and hoop, Garayeva took 7th place, with 26.375 and 25.925 points respectively. Anna Kurbanova managed to land the 5th spot, after performing with the ball, and scoring 26.450 points.
