Intellectual laboratory to be found in Azerbaijan

An intellectual laboratory will be found in Azerbaijan, Executive Director of the Scientific Development Fund under the Azerbaijani President Elchin Babayev said.

The intellectual laboratory is considered under the State Program for Azerbaijani Youth in 2011-2015.  “The Fund will create data bank for the young scientists and provide their more active involvement in the scientific activity through grants and other means on the basis of this data bank. Two grant competitions are held for the young scientists in Azerbaijan. The results of the competitions will be declared on Feb.2, the Day of Youth. In the next phase, we will establish the intellectual laboratory in Azerbaijan. It will involve not only the Fund, but Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and other scientific organizations too”.
