Caspian Information Centre to announce results of public opinion survey in Azerbaijan

British pollster Populus Limited has interviewed a representative sample of 1,000 citizens of Azerbaijan. The Caspian Information Centre will hold a press conference in Baku on Nov.22 at the Baku Hilton Hotel, to announce the results of its first survey of Azerbaijan public opinion.

Some 1,000 Azerbaijani adults, representative of the population, were asked questions in face-to-face interviews about all aspects of life in Azerbaijan in one of the most comprehensive surveys of public opinion ever undertaken inside the country.

Topics include the economy, quality of life and the performance of the President and Azerbaijani government. The research was conducted by the leading British polling company, Populus Limited, which counts the British Conservative Party, Nestle and PepsiCo among its clients.

The results of the survey will be published simultaneously on the CIC website (www.caspianinfo.com)
