Man kills wife and injures mother-in-law in Azerbaijan

A man killed his wife in Baku, Surakhani District Police Office said.

The incident was recorded today in New Surakhani settlement. Settlement resident, Ramil Karimov, 27, knifed his wife Ulviyya Abdullayeva, 26, and his mother-in-law Tunzala Allahverdiyeva. Ulviyya Abdullayeva died at the site. Allahverdiyeva was hospitalized, she was injured seriously.

Karimov was detained. The criminal case has been launched into the fact, the investigation is underway.
