On the 2nd of October, in Baku's Icheri Sheher' a Grape Festival ("Caspian Coast Üzüm Yığımı Festivalı") was hosted.

On the 2nd of October, in Baku's Icheri Sheher' a Grape Festival ("Caspian Coast Üzüm Yığımı Festivalı") was hosted. Festival's purpose is to revive the tradition of viticulture, the promotion of this sphere, and getting more attention to it. As part of the festival, many competitions were hosted, various wines of domestic production were presented, as well as barbecues.

Later, a concert was hosted, and many quests participated there, such as "Eurovision" singers Paula Selling and Ovi (Romania), Sasha Son (Lithuania), the Zdub şi Zdub band (Moldova).

As for the locals, Azerbaijani "Eurovision" participants Aysel Teymurzadeh (2009), and Safura Alizadeh (2010) were among the invited singers. Milk and Kisses group and other national artists were also present.

It should also be noted, that especially for the festival, "living sculptures" from Ukraine have been brought, and they caused great interest among the invited guests. Check out the photo reports from the festival below.
