Basic rights for foreigners and stateless persons in Azerbaijani republic are listed below.
  •     To move and choose the place of residence;
  •     To carry out labour activities;
  •     Personal immunity;
  •     Residence immunity;
  •     Investment and enterprise activity;
  •     To rest;
  •     Health care;
  •     Education;
  •     Freedom of conscience.

Foreigners and stateless persons can worship any religion they please. But religious propaganda is forbidden.

Foreigners and stateless persons can’t be a member of any political party in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
