Basic rights for foreigners and stateless persons in Azerbaijani republic are listed below.
- To move and choose the place of residence;
- To carry out labour activities;
- Personal immunity;
- Residence immunity;
- Investment and enterprise activity;
- To rest;
- Health care;
- Education;
- Freedom of conscience.
Foreigners and stateless persons can worship any religion they please. But religious propaganda is forbidden.
Foreigners and stateless persons can’t be a member of any political party in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
