12-year-old boy commits suicide in Baku

A 12-year-old boy committed suicide in Khazar district of Baku, district prosecutor’s office said.

The incident took place on August 12 in Atchiliq settlement of the district. Omar Namiq Nuriyev, born in 1999, committed suicide attempt hanging himself. He was hospitalized, but died at the hospital on August 16. Reasons of the suicide are not known.

The prosecutor’s office launched criminal investigation of the fact. The investigation is underway.
