16-years old boy kills his uncle in Azerbaijan

A murder was committed in Azerbaijani capital, Binagadi District Police Office said.

The incident was recorded yesterday at night in Rasulzadeh settlement, passage 1, house 1.

Resident of this address, Elvin Sariyev, born in 1995, knifed his uncle (father’s brother) Rizvan Sariyev, born in 1968, because of dispute. Rizvan Sariyev died at the site. Elshad Sariyev run away from the site.

According to the evidence of Elshad Sariyev’s family members, deceased Rizvan Sariyev went at large two months ago. Elshad Sariyev saw that Rizvan Sariyev insulted his father and decided to hit him.

The criminal case has been launched on the occurred incident by Binagadi District Prosecutor’s Office. The police is conduct operational search actions for the offender’s detention.
