Resident of Azerbaijan’s Lankaran region gives birth to quadruplets

Sensation occurred in Lankaran region of Azerbaijan. Lankaran Central Regional Hospital said that resident of region’s Istisu settlement, Farziyeva Sevinj, 31, gave birth to quadruplets in the hospital’s maternity department – two girls and two boys.

Head of the hospital’s maternity department said that the babies were born by Caesarean section. The weight of one of them is 900 g, two of them – 1300 g, the weight of the last one is 1400 g.

Yesterday resident of Lankaran region’s Osakuche village, Gafarova Kamila Ali, 27, gave birth to triplet babies – 2 girls, one boy in the maternity department of the region’s central hospital. The state of both mothers and babies is satisfactory.
