Azerbaijani youth to participate in Eastern Partnership youth forum

The US-Azerbaijani youth public association will hold the Youth Forum of the Eastern Partnership with financial support from the Youth and Sports Ministry on June 14.

The representatives of youth organizations of European countries and representatives of Azerbaijani youth and students are expected to attend the forum, the ministry said.

The main objective of the forum is to spread the idea of the Eastern Partnership initiative among young people and to attract young people to this initiative.

The officials of the Youth and Sports Ministry, the Foreign Ministry, MPs, leaders of the EU representation in Azerbaijan, ambassadors, leaders of youth organizations will attend the forum.

It is planned to implement the action plan put forward by the European Neighborhood Policy, to eliminate the defects, to develop and implement effective enforcement mechanisms in Azerbaijan, to conduct discussions on the active involvement of young people to find solutions to problems and to implement the future appeals in the countries of the Eastern Partnership and to prepare recommendation documents.
