Justice Ministry annulled registration of Iran’s Imam Khomeini Aid Committee representation in Azerbaijan

The Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan annulled registration of Iran’s Imam Khomeini Aid Committee representation in Azerbaijan.

The organization didn’t inform the Justice Ministry when it changed its legal address and entity, which caused annulment of its registration.

Representation of the Iran’s Imam Khomeini Aid Committee confirmed this report. The ministry’s appropriate letter was pinned to the door of the organization’s administrative building at 3, Ayaz Ismayilov Str.

Only the Aid Committee’s cling is operating now, which is 30-40 percent of the organizations’ activity.

The issue is discussed by the embassy of Iran in Azerbaijan with the local government agencies. The organization prepared its documents and submitted for re-registration.
