Baku office of TRT celebrates 10th anniversary

An event on the 10th anniversary of Baku office of TRT has been held today.

Ambassador Hulusi Kilic, parliamentarians, media representatives and culture figures attended the event organized at the Turkish embassy in Azerbaijan.

Head of Baku office of TRT Yuksel Deyercan gave information about the channel’s activity in Azerbaijan. He underlined that thousands of news items, hundreds of programs were made about Azerbaijan in the past ten years.

Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Hulusi Kilic said Baku office of TRT was the voice of Azerbaijan in the past ten years, informed the world about Azerbaijan’s truths. The channel prepared tens of documentaries about Azerbaijan’s truths.
“Baku office of TRT will continue to serve the Azerbaijani people,” he said.

Parliamentarians Musa Gasimli, Guler Ahmadova, writer Anar and others wished success to the staff of Baku office of TRT. The video describing the activity of TRT channel in Azerbaijan was screened at the end of the event.
