Azerbaijan Interior Ministry’s Traffic Police Office warns drivers...

Construction work conducted in Baku for improvement of road-transport infrastructure has an impact on highway traffic capacity, said the Traffic Police Office of the Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs in its notice for the drivers.

The drivers violating traffic and parking rules and parking their cars in forbidden places cause traffic jams and delays disturbing the local residents and the guests of the city.

For the prevention of these cases, the Traffic Police Office requests the drivers due to heavy traffic, to follow the traffic signs and lines for security of movement on the roads and highways. Otherwise, individuals and legal entities violated these rules will be seriously punished.
