New department to be established in Ombudsperson's Office after giving additional authorities to Ombudsperson

A new department will be established in Ombudsperson’s Office after giving of relevant authorities to the Ombudsperson for fulfillment of control to the requirements of law on "Obtaining information", said Ombudsperson Elmira Suleymanova. She said that the department’s consisting of 3 sectors and one experts group is expected in the proposals.

The relevant authorities to the Ombudsperson for fulfillment of control to the requirements of law on "Obtaining information" will be given after the adoption of law on amendments and annexes in the parliament.
