Baku State University, Turkish Ondokuz Mayıs University sign MoU

A memorandum of understanding on cooperation was signed between Baku State University and Turkish Ondokuz Mayis University.

Rector of Baku State University, MP, academician Abel Maharramov highlighted the University's foreign relations. He also stressed the importance of educational cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey.
